At Euphoric Desires, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout).

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, or FedEx for delivery services. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Euphoric Desires is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers.

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.

Please contact the shipping provider directly for delivery issues using the tracking number provided.

Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving your item by emailing: info@Euphoric-Desires.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A description of the issue

We will offer a replacement for qualifying issues or store credit if the product is no longer available.

Unauthorized Returns

Any item returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Unauthorized packages will be returned to sender or disposed of.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks very seriously. Before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider, please reach out to us first to resolve any issues. We are happy to assist and provide support for:

  • Items not received

  • Damaged products

  • Tracking issues

Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming non-receipt for delivered items) will result in:

  • Immediate ban from future purchases

  • A formal dispute with your payment provider including all documentation (tracking, photos, email records)

We reserve the right to pursue collections or report unresolved fraudulent activity to appropriate legal channels.
